Jenny Gabris – LMT / Esthetician Apprentice / Owner

Jenny Gabris (Yates) was born in St. Louis, Missouri. She moved to Springfield, Missouri to attend college at Missouri State University. An interest in health and wellness landed her at Professional Massage Training Center (PMTC) where she began her career as a massage therapist. Today she is the Owner and Manager of Precision Wellness and Massage.

When she first moved to Springfield, Jenny attended Missouri State as a flute performance major. She has always been really fascinated by music therapy, and how music can create change in the body and mind. After college, a battle with persistent migraine headaches led Jenny to continue her education of the mind and body through the art of therapeutic massage at PMTC. After experiencing the unimaginable benefits of consistently receiving quality massage therapy, Jenny was convinced that massage was her calling.

Since finding her own relief, Jenny has gone on to help clients relieve several other types of pain as well. She regularly attends continuing education workshops and events to ensure she is always offering the latest industry knowledge and techniques.

Jenny is well-versed in Neuromuscular, Thai, Relaxation, Pre-natal, Temporal Mandibular Joint Dysfunction (TMJ), Sports, and Deep Tissue Massage techniques. Jenny studies hard to give all of her clients the best possible treatment and maximize their benefit for all massage styles and she is Basic and Performance RockTape certified.

How to Schedule a Treatment

  1. Select a treatment by clicking anywhere on the 'Select Appointment Type' drop-down menu and then selecting the treatment from the list.
  2. Select a therapist by clicking anywhere on the 'All Therapists' drop-down menu and then selecting the therapist from the list.
  3. Click on the date you prefer on the calendar.
  4. Click the Search button. This will show the available appointments for the treatment, therapist, and date you chose below the calendar.
  5. Click on time that works best for you. This will open a popup window.
  6. Follow the prompts in the popup window to complete the booking process.

Our Cancellation Policy

We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled service, or do not show up to a scheduled appointment, the card on file will be charged for the full service amount.

Your Mind Body Account

If you do not already have a Mind Body account, you will be prompted to create one when you schedule a treatment with us. In addition to entering your contact information and answering a few questions about your treatment preferences, you will also be required to enter a valid credit card for billing purposes. Your card will not be charged when you schedule a treatment but it will be charged if you do not cancel within 24 hours of your schedule appointment. After your appointment, you will have the option to use the credit card you have added to your account or another payment method you prefer at that time.
