What I Do and Why
I believe people deserve to move through life with less pain, more confidence, and the freedom to keep doing the things they love.
As a lifelong hockey player, I know firsthand how injuries, tension, and physical limitations can affect everyday life. Massage therapy played an important role in my own recovery and helped me stay active and healthy. That experience inspired me to become a massage therapist so I could help others feel more comfortable in their bodies and supported in their own healing process.
I believe no two clients are the same. I take time to listen, understand each person’s concerns, and tailor every treatment to their individual needs and goals. My approach is professional, personalized, and grounded in trust. I want every client to feel heard, respected, and confident in their care.
Whether you are managing pain, recovering from an injury, dealing with stress, or working to improve mobility, I focus on providing effective therapeutic massage that meets you where you are and helps you move forward.
A Little about me
Originally from Ontario, Canada, I recently relocated and am excited to continue serving my new community. Staying active has always been a big part of my life, especially through hockey, and that has shaped the way I understand recovery, movement, and the importance of feeling good in your body.
My goal is simple: to help clients move better, feel better, and return to the activities that bring them joy.
