First Visit FAQ:

First Visit FAQ: What to Expect at Precision Wellness

New to spa, yoga, or wellness services? You are in the right place. At Precision Wellness, you do not have to know what to wear, what to say, what to book, or how everything works before you arrive.

We will walk you through it.

Our goal is simple: Leave people better than they came in.
And our promise is: You belong here.

Do I need to know what service to book?

No. If you are unsure where to start, we can help you choose the right service or provider based on your goals, comfort level, and what kind of support you are looking for.

You do not have to decode the whole service menu alone.

What happens when I arrive?

Our front desk team will welcome you, help you check in, and guide you where to go. If you need to complete forms or have questions before your appointment, we will walk you through the process.

There is no secret rulebook. We promise.

What should I wear?

It depends on your service.

For yoga, wear comfortable clothing you can move and breathe in. You do not need special gear, fancy leggings, or prior experience.

For massage, your provider will explain what to expect before your service begins. You only undress to your personal comfort level, and you are always professionally draped.

For skincare, waxing, body contouring, pelvic floor support, or other wellness services, our team will explain what to wear, what to remove, and what will happen before anything begins.

Do I have to be flexible to try yoga?

No. Yoga is not about already being flexible. It is about reconnecting with your body, improving mobility, building strength, and learning how to move and breathe with more awareness.

You can start exactly where you are.

Will I feel judged?

No. You do not need to apologize for your body, your stress, your skin, your schedule, your fitness level, or where you are starting.

Our team is here to support you with kindness, respect, and professionalism.

What if I feel nervous or awkward?

That is completely normal, especially if this is your first visit.

You can ask questions, let us know you are new, or tell your provider if you are unsure what to expect. We want you to feel comfortable and informed, not left guessing.

Should I speak up during my appointment?

Yes, always.

Your time here is about you. Your provider may ask about pressure, temperature, positioning, music, lighting, product sensitivity, or other comfort preferences. These questions help us personalize your experience.

If you want more or less pressure, a warmer table, a cooler room, different positioning, a blanket, a break, quieter music, or anything adjusted, please tell us.

No one will be upset or inconvenienced. Adjustments are part of great care.

Will I be exposed during my massage?

No. During your massage, you are professionally draped at all times. Only the area being worked on is uncovered, and your comfort and privacy are always respected.

Your provider will give you privacy to get ready before and after your session.

Do I have to talk during my appointment?

Only as much as you want or need to.

Some guests like to chat. Some prefer quiet. Some ask questions throughout. All are welcome. Your provider will check in when needed, and you are always encouraged to speak up about your comfort.

What if I do not know how to relax?

You do not have to “perform” relaxation.

Some people relax right away. Some people take time to settle in. Some spend the first half of the appointment thinking about their grocery list. That is okay too.

This is your time to receive care at your own pace.

What if I am embarrassed about what I am coming in for?

You are not alone.

Many wellness services support personal concerns like stress, tension, skin changes, pelvic floor symptoms, body changes, recovery, confidence, or discomfort. Our team talks with guests about real-life concerns every day in a calm, respectful, and professional way.

You do not need perfect words. Just tell us what you are noticing and what you are hoping for.

Will someone try to sell me products or services?

Our approach is education first.

Your provider may recommend products, services, a treatment plan, or a follow-up appointment if it supports your goals. But recommendations are meant to help you understand your options, not pressure you.

You are welcome to ask questions, think about it, or start small.

What if I book the wrong service?

That is okay. If we realize another service or provider would be a better fit, we can help guide you.

We want you to feel supported from the start, not stuck trying to figure everything out by yourself.

Should I arrive early?

For your first visit, arriving a few minutes early is helpful. This gives you time to check in, complete any remaining forms, use the restroom, and settle in before your appointment.

What should I do if I have questions before I come in?

Call us. Truly.

We would much rather answer your questions ahead of time than have you feel unsure, nervous, or confused. No question is too small.

What happens after my appointment?

Your provider or our front desk team may review recommendations, help you schedule your next visit, answer questions, or suggest services that pair well with your goals.

If you are not ready to schedule, that is okay. We want your next step to feel clear and comfortable.

Do I have to be a “spa person” to come to Precision Wellness?

Not at all.

You do not have to know what you are doing. You do not have to have it all figured out. You do not have to look, move, feel, or speak a certain way to belong here.

You just have to start.

We will help with the rest.
