What You’ll Do

You will deliver customized massage sessions that support real outcomes such as pain relief, improved mobility, faster recovery, and nervous system downshifting. Every session is guided by a quality consultation, thoughtful technique selection, and clear next-step recommendations that genuinely serve the client.

Experience That Fits Well Here

Specialty training is a plus, especially in areas like deep tissue, sports, prenatal, myofascial release, lymphatic work, TMJ, neuromuscular techniques, trigger point therapy, craniosacral, and mobility-focused work.

The Day-to-Day Standard

• Strong consults and clear “today + next steps” plans
• Accurate documentation in our client management system
• On-time sessions and protected schedule flow
• High sanitation and state board compliance standards

Requirements

• Active Missouri massage therapy license
• Liability insurance (or ability to obtain)
• Strong anatomy knowledge and confident communication
• Commitment to documentation, sanitation, and professionalism

Schedule and Pay

• Part-time
• Evenings/weekends based on client demand
• Compensation includes hourly pay, tips, and performance incentives
