I had a great experience at the yoga studio. It was my first time back in years and it was such a comfortable environment. Precision has several options for yoga and there’s one that’s right for everyone.

Great Yin Yoga class! It’s as challenging as you want to make it with good instructions Holding the poses for 3-5 minutes, I literally felt like I disappeared for an hour without a care in the world. One of the things I like most about this style of yoga.

I recently had a massage with Mandy focusing on the source of my wrist pain. 8 years ago, I sustained a repetitive stress injury in my wrist that developed painful tendonitis that never fully went away. In my appointment with Mandy, she used several different massage styles to work through the pain sources and reduce the swelling in my wrist. For 8 years, I had a 1 inch by 4 inch swollen knot in my wrist that I could feel, that never went away. After my massage with Mandy, the knot wasn't there anymore. I was shocked and so pleased.I will definitely be booking further appointments with Mandy to work more on both of my wrists and other things I've been experiencing. It was 100% worth it.

Kiley and Joanna were absolutely amazing for our couples relaxation massage!! I seriously cannot recommend them more. Precision Wellness accommodated us last minute and made everything so easy. The facility is clean, the staff is friendly and professional, and the atmosphere is inviting. Do yourself a favor a book yourself a massage immediately!!!

I have had a monthly package with Precision for over a year. My facials from Cheri are second to none. I’ve received massages from a couple different members of the staff and they are so professional and make me feel incredibly comfortable. I buy gift certificates for my friends, family, and staff from Precision because I want them to feel the same relaxation, pampering, and comfort that their entire team provides. 10/10 would recommend!

I had a 90-minute massage with fire cupping with Ashley today. Let me just say, it was BEST massage I’ve ever had in my life! Ashley made me feel extremely comfortable. She listened intently to my problem areas and did her best to work out a ton of stress and tightness, especially in my shoulders/neck and low back. I will 100% be back to see her! Also, the business location is beautiful and clean, and everyone from the second I walked in the door was incredibly kind and attentive. Great experience!

I have been going to precision wellness for years and have always loved it. Their new location is really nice too! I personally think it is the best massage/spa in Springfield. Today, I had a 90 minute deep tissue massage with Mandy. She did an amazing job! The pressure was perfect and she was able to help me with my foot that has been causing me a lot of pain. She also worked on my neck and head to help with my migraines. She was very knowledgeable, thorough and listened to my needs. I highly recommend you book your next massage with her!

I had a 90-minute massage with fire cupping with Ashley today. It was absolutely, hands down, the BEST massage I’ve... ever had in my life. I’ve had cupping before, but it seemed aggressive. The fire cupping was the perfect amount of pressure on my tense back and shoulders. Ashley made me feel extremely comfortable from the moment I met her. She listened intently to my problem areas and did the best she could to work out a ton of stress, tension, and pain. She used the perfect amount of pressure, especially helping with pain in my shoulders/neck and low back. I feel so incredibly relaxed and am in less pain. I have had massages before to help with chronic low back pain, but they never seemed to help much. With Ashley, I could literally feel the tension subside in my muscles as she worked on them. The business location is beautiful and clean, and everyone was incredibly kind and attentive from the second I walked in the door. The vibes were excellent. I would 100% recommend Ashley for a massage and fire cupping, and I will definitely be back to see her. Wonderful experience!read more

If what you want from a massage is lasting change in your body when it comes to pain and mobility - GO SEE MANDY!!!... I've dealt with chronic pain and many other health issues for a long time. I've had many massages to try to relieve the pain, and most have helped, but only momentarily. But one massage from Mandy was better than every other massage I've had combined. Mandy is skilled in physical therapy, myofascial release, lymphatic drainage and more, and is the most knowledgeable and effective massage therapist I've ever been to. She can get to the root of your pain, and after working on one area, your whole body will feel changed and more pain-free. HIGHLY recommend Mandy if you are in need of pain relief, better immunity, and real, lasting change in mobility!!!read more

I’ve been seeing Cheri for facials for over a year now. She has changed the texture of my skin and changed my outlook... on skin care! If you’ve never had a facial, I highly recommend going to Cheri and giving it a shot! She also does amazing facial reflexology… can’t even describe the feeling of it. Kind staff, relaxing atmosphere, and overall a great experience. I booked a 90-minute prenatal massage with Grant and... was not disappointed. He was kind, experienced, and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. The extra details really show that the staff is dedicated to providing an excellent experience. My table was set up specifically for prenatal massage, so I was able to lay face-down instead of on my side. I was also offered heat packs and an eye covering for extra comfort, which was amazing! Grant also offered tips for muscle relaxation, stretches, and self-care at home to help with discomfort between massages. I also love that I was able to get in last-minute instead of having to book weeks or months out. If you’re looking for a truly relaxing experience, this is the place to get it.read more

I absolutely LOVE coming to Precision Wellness! Cheri does my facials and I have yet to have a better experience... anywhere else. The rooms are great and I feel comfortable and able to really relax and enjoy the services I have done. I have given out multiple gift certificates to my staff, friends, and family and everyone loves their experience! I am a business owner and single mom, so when I get time for myself, I’m very specific about where I spend my money and that I receive the experience I’m looking for. My husband booked a couples massage for my birthday yesterday, and it was wonderful! Grant and Samantha were our... massage therapists and they were so professional, hospitable, and knowledgable. We had the best massages we've ever had and left feeling relaxed and very sleepy! I also have a great appreciation for small details, so I loved the complimentary chocolate and even the complimentary ponytail holders in the bathroom. I have had multiple amazing experiences here. I have done dermaplaning as well as extractions and jelly mask facials. I... feel relaxed and replenish after each one. I love the atmosphere here and adore Sherri (I apologize if I spelled her name wrong I have misplaced her card lol) unfortunately I am moving so today was my last appointment with her. however if you're looking to improve your facial appearance, feel good or just try something new. I HIGHLY recommend you schedule an appointment with her. you won't regret it. 🖤 I truly will miss this place. I was having extreme back pain, and long-time plantar fasciitis. I’d never had a massage but was ready to try something... different. Klarissa helped me be very comfortable and the environment was so relaxing. After 1 amazing massage with Klarissa, the following day, I was markedly better - and after 2 sessions I am back to normal! I've gotten massages from both Jenny and Amber and was totally happy with both therapists. . All the employees I've met... are super nice and welcoming. Every massage I've received here has been excellent and they now sell some really good skincare products that I've tried for my Rosecea and they have helped my skin tremendously. I called Precision while in desperation due to issues with my psoas, piriformis and many more muscles. Stacy and Austin... worked together and I am SOOOOOO much better today. I walked in with spasms and could barely walk. Today, no spasms and I can walk, sit/stand and pain is subsiding. Thank you guys! I couldn't have shed this pain without you!
