What I Do and Why
I’m Amanda, an old soul with a quirky side, happily married with two bonus boys and a full house of beloved cats and dogs.
I believe healing begins when people feel safe enough to slow down, listen inward, and reconnect with themselves. I exist to help others feel more grounded, balanced, and at home in their own bodies.
Modern life pulls many of us into stress, tension, and disconnection, and my work is rooted in creating a calm, intentional space where the body can begin to restore itself. I do this through therapeutic, intentional touch that supports the nervous system, encourages body awareness, and honors each person’s unique path toward healing.
I believe massage therapy is more than a service. It is a meaningful relationship between presence, trust, and restoration. While I help clients reconnect with themselves, this work also keeps me grounded, inspired, and continually learning.
What I offer is a therapeutic massage experience designed to help you calm your nervous system, reconnect with your body, and leave feeling more grounded, restored, and supported.

A Little about me
Outside the treatment room, you’ll often find me wandering in the woods, foraging for little treasures and tiny adventures, kayaking, reading, or spending time with friends and family. I bring curiosity, care, and deep respect for the mind, body, and spirit into every session. I help people feel better and return to the activities that bring them joy.
