“I enjoy getting massages and facials as they help me relax and feel comfortable. I also love indulging in some heat therapy, such as taking hot showers, using hot packs or towels, and using heating pads. Meditation is another activity I enjoy, along with crafting, painting, and journaling. Spending time with my pets is also important to me. I enjoy playing video and board games with my family and spending quality time with them.”
What I Do and Why
I was a birth doula before I was a Massage Therapist. I’m passionate about helping pregnant people feel comfortable in their bodies. I also like working with those who suffer from chronic pain to improve their quality of life. I have training in trauma-informed therapy to help clients with overactive nervous systems feel relaxed. Creating a safe environment for clients is really important to me.

A Little about me
My husband and I enjoy spending time together playing both video and board games. We are huge animal lovers and currently have four cats and one dog, who we adore. If we could, we would probably have more animals! In my free time, I love doing crafts like building miniatures, embroidering, crocheting, and painting. I love reading and attending a local book club with some of my friends. I particularly enjoy reading fantasy books. I also find Aerial Fitness to be really fun and try to do it as often as possible. My husband and I also enjoy going on hikes together.
