Self-care faves
I always encourage my clients to explore self-care that feels nourishing rather than demanding. Some of my favorite ways to reconnect with myself include yoga, gentle movement, meditation, and expressive outlets like art therapy. Even something as simple as a quiet moment with a warm cup of tea can be deeply healing. Self-care doesn’t have to be complicated—it just has to feel like coming home to yourself.
What I Do and Why
Your big why: My journey into massage therapy began while I was working in a nursing home. I saw firsthand how difficult aging can be on the body, especially when care and maintenance are neglected early on. That experience lit a fire in me—I realized I wanted to be part of helping people care for their bodies now, before pain or dysfunction takes hold.
In my work, I aim to create a space where clients feel safe, supported, and empowered. I believe in educating people about their bodies—how they function, how they hold tension, and how touch can support healing. I’m deeply passionate about the mind-body connection and believe that true healing begins with the nervous system. My goal is to help every client not only feel better in the moment, but walk away with a deeper understanding of their body and a greater sense of control over their health.

A Little about me
Outside of massage, I’m an artist and a tattoo apprentice, passionate about all forms of creative expression. I find inspiration in nature and love spending my free time kayaking, baking, or simply relaxing with my animals. Whether I’m working with my hands through art or bodywork, I’m always drawn to connection, intention, and care.
