A Little about me
Life has a funny way of circling back. When my daughter, Jenny, decided to go back to school for massage therapy, it sparked something in me, too, so I went back at 60 years old. It ended up being one of the best decisions I have ever made.
I truly love what I do. It feels like it fits my core energy, and I stay excited by learning new science around the mind and body connection. I am also a Certified Professional Coach, and I have pursued additional study in wellness, core potential dynamics, and leadership.
My husband Dennis and I moved to Springfield in December 2024 so we could be closer to our family. We love getting more time with our two high-energy grandsons and being near Jenny. Along the way, I also earned an art degree, and every now and then I make something creative just for the joy of it.
