Ideal Clients

Someone engaged not only with short-term solutions but also with the big picture, including people who have health and function goals, those who want to grow, and anyone with TMJ disorders or hip issues.

What I Do and Why

  1. I enjoy helping clients educate themselves on how to enhance their quality of life and regain control over their circumstances. I am very results-driven, often demonstrating stretches and performing them alongside clients. We focus on joint mobilization, strengthening muscles, and creating personalized plans to help clients achieve their goals. Everyone has something they can improve! It’s a uniquely selfless yet selfish job, as almost everyone who comes in leaves feeling better than when they arrived.
  2. I like problem-solving, which is humbling because I know I will never understand everything in this profession. However, I can still make a significant impact on people’s lives. It’s a wonderful community centered around wellness, with a focus on being oriented toward clients while also establishing self-care boundaries for myself.

    • Graduated in 2016
  • First-year post-graduation, I lived & worked in Germany as an LMT

    • Prenatal massage (2016)

A Little about me

I’m really passionate about podcasts, especially those focused on self-care and pop culture like ‘Shameless.’ I enjoy reading and love spending time at the library, particularly exploring books about people dynamics. Before working in massage therapy, I was involved in fashion, so I like keeping up with the latest trends through fashion and lifestyle websites, always looking for ethical brands. I value open-mindedness and strive to represent this in my interactions with clients, embracing their diverse experiences.
