Self-care faves
I love getting massages and facials, and staying consistent with my own yoga practice. Outside of that, a good Epsom salt bath or a walk helps me relax and reset.
My favorite parts of teaching
Teaching yoga is something I never thought I would do. I’m an introvert and public speaking used to feel truly intimidating. But something about teaching yoga brings me joy and softens that anxiety. I love helping people feel better, both physically and mentally, and creating a space where they can breathe, move, and come back to themselves.
What makes my classes different
My hope is that you leave class with a grateful heart, a calmer mind, and a body that feels better than when you arrived. I also love helping students build a simple, steady relationship with their breath, so it supports them long after class is over.
What I Do and Why
- I love yoga because it has brought me peace, mindfulness, and a deeper awareness of the mind body breath connection. Taking time to be present helps me feel grounded, grateful, and more like myself. Yoga can also support pain relief, flexibility, strength, and emotional wellbeing, including stress, anxiety, and low mood.

A Little about me
I live in Ozark with my husband, daughter, and our Goldendoodle, Lucky. Before teaching yoga, I was a massage therapist for 18 years, and I’m also the author of four poetry books. I love swimming, sunshine and the beach, reading, hula hooping, concerts with friends, walks with my dog and daughter, and quality time with family.
