Self care is so important! We can only truly show up for our loved ones if we are caring for ourselves. My favorite things to do for self care, other than yoga and massage, are spending time in nature, going to concerts, crocheting, reading, and the occasional cold plunge.
What I Do and Why
I do this work because yoga and massage have been essential to my own mental and physical wellbeing. They’ve helped me find peace, grounding, and a deeper connection to myself and my loved ones. My goal is to create a space where people can feel supported and empowered to reconnect with themselves on their journey to wellness.
I also love this work because it allows me to be creative. Whether I’m crafting a yoga sequence or intuitively responding to what a client’s body needs during a massage, I get to blend knowledge with intuition, which keeps every day feeling fresh and personalized.
My specialization for Massage Therapy is Eastern Modalities, including Thai massage.
Favorite Service Type: Massage! I have been getting regular massages for many years and it has improved my mental health as well as made me feel more connected and balanced physically. Yoga & Massage are both a really important part of my wellness routine.
Favorite Add-On: Cupping! I love cupping because it targets deep tissue in a more passive way.
Ideal Client: My ideal client is someone who wants to learn more about working on their health in a holistic way. I enjoy meeting people where they are and creating a customized plan to meet their needs.
